Delivery can be made by DX Freight transport on a range of products up to a maximum size of 3600mm x 1200mm – You will be provided with a list of the delivery options available in your area (most areas will have standard and Saturday specific services available – More remote areas may only be offered a standard option).
Damaged or missing items – Deliveries by carrier must be checked at the time of delivery.  Signing “unchecked” will not enable us to make a claim to the transport company should the need arise, therefore, the order must be checked thoroughly.  If there is any doubt that the item maybe damaged then it must be marked as damaged on the transport company’s paperwork.

Please note that when parcel carrier is selected, requests for phone calls from the driver are not something we can guarantee and have no control over.
Requests to leave in safe places must be notified before despatch, and are done so at your risk. The carrier will supply us with photographs of the goods being left, at which point the delivery will be considered as complete.

Along with the delivery options available, you will also be provided with an option to arrange you own collection, with prior agreement, from our warehouse in Coventry.
Damaged or missing items – It is the customer’s responsibility when collecting goods from our premises to check they have all the items ordered and that they are in good condition. Rockwell Sheet Sales cannot accept responsibility for damage or shortages once collected goods have left our premises. Where a customer has arranged for a third party to collect goods on their behalf, the same conditions apply as it is your responsibility that your agent undertakes this.

We proud of the products we supply and want our customers to be happy with the products they purchase. To this end, we offer a 14 calendar day returns period where we will accept return of our standard products that are in resalable condition. The 14 days will begin from the day the goods were delivered or collected from our Sales Counter. Please contact us in the first instance and then return the goods back to our Sales Counter at Rockwell Sheet Sales Ltd, Rockwell House, Birmingham Road, Millisons Wood, Coventry CV5 9AZ.

It is your responsibility to return the items to us, you are responsible for their safe transit and the costs incurred in their transportation. If you are unable to return the items yourself, we can arrange for the return transportation. Due to the various different products we supply and their varying degrees of difficulty in transportation we are unable to give the exact costs here for the products return, however we will obtain an estimate of these costs at the time of applying for the return of the items. Goods can only be collected from the site at which we made delivery. The goods will be inspected when they are received back into our warehouse and refunds will be made within 14 days.

This applies to our standard products. Some products are bespoke to you, the customer, and these items are non-returnable. These include our cut to size products.
